Who Do You Say That I AM?

Many people have many different ideas of Jesus but do you believe that he is the great I AM? The Messiah, the Savior? The ultimate sacrifice? He is all those things. What matter is, Do you believe that?

Confess. Believe. Be Saved.

Be blessed!

Was he a poet turned Radical politician Trying to start a revolution

A preacher on a mission Talkin bout fishing In a new kind of kingdom Or a small town wannabe tired Of carpentry Carving out a little fame John or Elijah, teacher, Messiah Or just someone trying to Make a name Could the one we know as Mary's son Be the long awaited Holy One

So you're a cynic Oh, well I get it It's hard to trust what you Can't see You've been broken How can you hope in Or believe in a mystery Oh, you oughta know, gotta Know where you stand Who do you say that I am

Who do you say that I am

Two thousand years counting, The question's still mounting The answer's still A mustard seed Science can't prove it, Critics accuse it Of being a crutch for the weak And the leper's still leaping, The blind man seeing Is just a nice fairy tale Fact or fiction, are we all Just wishin' On pennies down in a well While you're weary wrestling With the truth

Could the truth be reaching Out to you

So you're a cynic Oh, well I get it It's hard to trust what you Can't see You've been broken How can you hope in Or believe in a mystery Oh, you oughta know, gotta

Know where you stand Who do you say that I am Who do you say that I am

Though they question if I'm Just a man Still the answer is who you say That I am

So you're a cynic Oh, well I get it It's hard to trust what you Can't see You've been broken How can you hope in Or believe in a mystery All of your questions Just keep you guessing When all you want is to be free Oh you oughta know, gotta Know where you stand Who do you say that i am Oh you oughta know, gotta Know where you stand Who do you say that i am Who do you say that i am Who do you say that i am

Praise Break: Hymn of Breakthough

I have been in a time of Worship and Praise since early this morning and for the last 3 hours I've been listening to Israel Houghton's Feels Like Home. It has been blessing me. But the very last song was the Hymn of Breakthough. There has been such a shift in my mindset, in my expectancy of God in the last almost 20 days. I'm expecting a breakthough or even breakthrough. The lyrics say, I hear the sound of breakthough, my breakthrough is here. Everything that I need You supply. Every promise of Heaven is mine. But the words that spoke to my spirit, I am healed, I am free God has spoken I agree My breakthrough is here God has spoken, I agree. God has spoken, I agree. God has spoken, I agree. God has spoken, I agree. Let the words follow over you, let in seep to you Soul so that you know, God has a breakthrough for. No matter what you are going through, no matter the sitution. God said, God said your breakthrough is here. Stand i...

Wearing Masks

It's March and if you didn't know its my birthday month. Whenever birthdays come around and you get older you get more introspective. In writing this blog I find that i have been looking at my life a lot and where I've been and how the things I've experienced have affected my today. And although I knew this its become clearer to me over time that I wore a lot of masks. While some people may call it fake I call it the hazard of growing up churched. You learn all the rules and the things to say at church and in front of church folks but then you separate that from the other elements of your day to day life. In my case I grew up feeling invisible. And it was a blessing and a curse. When you are invisible you can observe a lot while being unnoticed and therefore you learn a lot but it is a very lonely place to be at times. We are meant to do life with people but when you are made to feel small or insignificant you then diminish yourself even further. They call i...

2021 is the Year of Birth

In the same way I will not cause pain     without allowing something new to be born,” says the Lord. “If I cause you the pain,     I will not stop you from giving birth to your new nation,” says your God. Isaiah 66:9 We have experienced so much this year but I'm believing that out of the pain of 2020 God will birth a great nation in all of us who continue to push to it birth. Remember, inspite of it all YOU ARE LOVED . The Unlikely Missionary DHW
